Our initiatives provide electrical apprentices with training, education, and career opportunities to learn all of the necessary skills they will need in the electrical contracting industry.

Career Pathways

Pre- Apprenticeship

Entry-level introduction to electrical work, providing foundational skills and knowledge to prepare candidates for apprenticeship programs.

Apprenticeship

4-year program combining on-the-job training with classroom instruction to develop fully qualified journeyman electricians.

  • 8,000 hours of field experience
  • 900 hours of classroom training
